The main objecting of AWSITC is to provide training and empowerment of youth on a national scale. They aim to identify candidates in their respective skills even before the World Skills Competition. This way, they can be prepared in a better and specialized way for the competition that is to take place in the coming years. This helps the youth to be focused and gain more knowledge in the field that they are actually good at. Overall, the enhancement of skills is what empowers them to have a better future and to secure a job in that particular field as well.
